I teach classes for all things fermented. This includes beer, wine, cider, mead, cheese, bread, olives, sauerkraut, etc…
While the majority of my classes focus on beer and cheese I can customize a class for any kind of food or beverage that you are interested in.
I have two main kids of classes: 1) Hands-on classes where you actually learn how to make something yourself and 2) lecture where I teach you about the history, food-pairing, process and fun-facts.
The hands-on classes are great for those who are interested in learning how to make high-quality food and beverages at home while the lecture classes are perfect for parties, business events, and staff trainings.
